The key points of the talk included a discussion of the cooperative agreement outline that had been drawn up by both parties before, an in-depth exploration of specific clauses in the to-be-launched degree project, a gradual consultation of detailed items such as requirements of foreign language level and weighted score and the coordination of corresponding major courses between both sides, as well as reaching a unanimous agreement on further complementing and perfecting the cooperative agreement. In addition, both sides had initial communication about the intention of inviting professional faculty from America to teach major courses here and to work on the Sino-American cooperative education project. This conference lays a good foundation for formal cooperation between both parties in the future. It’s also a new progress for the International School that has been committed to establishing high-quality overseas educational resource communication platforms and to exploring more North American degree projects.
