Beijing Alumni Association Founded

The International School Beijing Branch of JUFE Alumni Association was founded in Beijing on December 20th. President Assistant Que Shandong, JUFE Alumni Association officials, leaders of relative JUFE departments, the International School staff representatives, and 130 alumni working and living in Beijing were present at the ceremony.

Mr. Que extended to alumni his sincere greetings first. Then he made a brief introduction about the development and achievements of JUFE in recent years. He stressed the importance of JUFE International School Beijing Alumni Association in JUFE alumni system. He maintained that the association serve as a bond which connects and unites alumni. Mr. Gu Qingwei, Executive President of JUFE Beijing Alumni Association, Mr. Yue Xuekun, Secretary-general of JUFE Beijing Alumni Association, and Ms. Yang Hui, Dean of the International School all made speeches to congratulate the establishment of the association and convey their expectations on the operation of the association.

In the ceremony, International School Shanghai Alumni Association and Shenzhen Alumni Association sent letters of congratulation, calling on alumni in three cities to strengthen communication and cooperation.

The International School Beijing Branch of JUFE Alumni Association is the third regional alumni association of the International School. Shenzhen branch and Shanghai branch were respectively founded in May and June of 2014.

For many years, the International School has been attaching great importance to alumni affairs, aiming to forge a lifelong service system for alumni of the School to strengthen understanding and communication, obtain better career development, and integrate alumni resources.
